  Dr. Mitchell Brown, B.Sc., M.D., M.Ed., F.R.C.S.C is one of Canada's leading plastic surgeons specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body contouring and facial surgery. He is a recognized leader in the use of saline, gel and cohesive gel filled breast implants for breast augmentation surgery and has been invited to lecture extensively on his surgical techniques. Dr Brown became a board certified fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 1993, and has been practicing plastic surgery in Toronto since 1994.

  Dr. Brown approaches each patient as a unique individual with unique
concerns knowing that there is no single approach that is right for every
person. With extensive experience, having performed over 600 plastic
surgery procedures annually, Dr. Brown offers patients the flexibility
of access to two facilities, the Cumberland Clinic and Women’s College
Hospital both in Toronto.

  In 2005, Dr. Brown welcomed Tracey Hotta to his practice. Tracey,
a registered nurse, specializes in cosmetic injections and skin care and
performs these aesthetic non-surgical procedures on site in their new
office. Located at 790 Bay Street, the office (Suite 410) is beautifully
appointed and offers patients the highest level of comfort and style.

As well, Dr. Brown has expanded his practice to include a medical aesthetics department and offers skin care treatments that are focused on enhancing and improving the appearance of the skin using a non-surgical scientific approach. These include microdermabrasion, chemical peels, photofacials, Profractional and Thermage. Dr. Brown is also very excited to offer Ultrashape, a non-invasive fat reduction treatment, which can often show visible results after the first visit!

  Dr. Brown is a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons,
the Canadian Society for Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Plastic Surgery, International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, The American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

  Dr. Brown is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of
Medicine in London, Ontario and received the gold medal for top standing
in his graduating class. In 1994, he completed a five-year residency in
plastic surgery at the University of Toronto and became a fellow of the
Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Plastic Surgery.
